SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At AGST CLOTHING, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) following your purchase. After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your package.

Delivery typically takes between 2-6 business days after your order has been shipped, although the exact time frame may vary depending on your location and the specific postal code of your delivery address. Please be aware that certain regions may experience slight delays, particularly in remote or rural areas.

Our team makes every effort to provide a smooth and timely delivery, but please understand that unforeseen delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors outside of our control, such as weather disruptions or courier delays.


UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that your order is not delivered, whether due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our shipping facility. Once we receive the undelivered item back, we will get in touch with you to resolve the situation.

If your order was prepaid, we offer two solutions:

  1. We can reship the package to you at no additional cost.
  2. If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the full value of the order. Please note that store credit comes with a validity of 50 days, so it is important to use it within that time frame.

We advise you to carefully review your shipping details when placing an order to minimize the chances of delivery issues.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel it from our end. We understand that situations may change, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as part of our policy, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. That being said, we do offer exchanges in specific cases.

Exchanges are allowed only within 24-48 hours after the delivery date, and they are limited to size-related issues. If the product doesn’t fit as expected, we are more than happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please ensure that the product is unworn, undamaged, and still has all its original tags attached for the exchange to be accepted.

All exchange requests are subject to a quality check by our team. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing tags, we reserve the right to deny the exchange request. Additionally, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size you require is out of stock, we will provide you with two alternatives:

  1. Store Credit: If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase. Store credit comes with a validity period of 50 days from the issue date, and it can be used on any future purchase on our website.
  2. Product Exchange: Alternatively, if there is another product you would like to exchange for, we will facilitate a product exchange, subject to availability.

Please note that exchanges are limited to one per order, so we strongly recommend that you double-check the size details before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

There is an exchange fee of ₹250, which is used to cover the reverse pickup charges and the additional delivery costs for sending the exchanged product to your address. As we rely on third-party delivery partners for the pickup and delivery process, we request that customers pay only for the one-way delivery charges. The exchange process generally takes about 7-9 days from the time we receive the returned product.

If your delivery address falls under a non-serviceable area for pick-up, we will inform you, and you will need to return the product to us via your local courier service. In this case, you will not incur any additional charges for the exchange.

Please note that products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged or faulty product, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are committed to resolving this matter quickly and efficiently.

If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos as well as video of the item and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via DM on our Instagram account @agstclothing.india. Our team will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or other suitable resolution.
