Please note: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.
Exchanges are only permitted in cases of sizing issues. As part of the process, our team conducts a quality check, and we reserve the right to decline any exchange requests if the product is used, damaged, or missing tags.
We offer a one-time exchange, so please ensure you're confident in your size choice. If you need any assistance, we're here to help!
The exchange fee is βΉ250. Since we don't have our own delivery service and rely on third-party partners, we incur charges for both reverse pickup and delivering the new product to you. As a result, we kindly ask customers to cover only the one-way charges.
Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item. The complete process usually takes about 8-10 days.
If your areaβs pin-code is within a non-serviceable zone for return pick-up, you will be notified. In such cases, we kindly ask that you send the product back through your local courier center. There will be no additional charges for the exchange process in this scenario.
If you receive a damaged product, please provide an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup and issue a refund in the form of store credits. Please note that products purchased during any sales or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
